Appointments are booked online via the booking link below, which is powered by the Vagaro scheduling system.
Once you have selected your service, date, and time and have entered in our contact information, you will be asked to secure your appointment with a deposit. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance will be paid in salon using the same card on file, cash, or another card that you present on the day of your appointment.
After you have successfully booked an appointment, you will receive an email confirming your selected service and appointment date and time.
If you are attempting to book and no dates appear as available for a particular service, you may add yourself to the waitlist, or search for another date. Waitlist appointments only become available if there is a cancellation. Therefore, if you want to secure an appointment, it is best to search for a different date. The calendar is open 60 days in advance, so please plan accordingly and book early.
Your appointment is very important to us. This time is reserved especially for you. We understand things happen, but if something comes up and you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will transfer.
Late cancellations (cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment) and/or No Shows will be charged 100% of the service total. *If fee is not paid you will not be able to re-book for a future appointment.
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing with the late cancellation and no show policy. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link located at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If you have created an account on Vagaro (highly recommended for faster booking in the future), you can cancel through your client profile. If you have trouble canceling your appointment via the Vagaro system, please contact us via email as soon as possible so that we can cancel the appointment for you.
We understand that uncontrollable things can happen, and can cause you to run late. Please reach out if you know you will be late. Call us at the spa salon: (386)218-5216 (Orange City).
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule you or alter your service for something that fits your remaining time. This allows for the next guests’ appointment time to go undisrupted.
If it is not possible to alter your service, or you choose not to reschedule your appointment, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation/no show and you will be charged 100% of the service total. *If fee is not paid you will not be able to re-book for a future appointment.
By booking an appointment (facial/skincare treatment, massage, lashes, waxing, hair services, etc.), you are agreeing with the late cancellation and no show policy.
Due to the difference in time allotted for each service, upgrading your service on the day of your appointment is not always possible. However, if there is extra time, we are always happy to accommodate. Our main goal is to have you feeling beautiful and empowered as you exit our salon & spa.
If you are having any challenges with your hair, skin, or lashes, please reach out within 24 hours to have a complimentary adjustment. There are no refunds on services and changing your mind on a color, cut, style, or shape is not considered an adjustment. We aim for you to be 100% happy with your hair, skin, lashes, and brows.
TO LOCATE OUR SALON, look for Premier Dentistry in Orange City. We are located in the SAME building in Suite B. Parking is available in the Premier Dentistry parking lot, or across the street at the park. Please call the spa salon at 386.218.5216 if you are lost.
Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment to ensure you are in the right place and to fill out your consent forms (if you did not complete them online).
If you’re under 18, you will need a parent present to sign your consent form(s).
At this time, we are unable to accommodate children in the salon & spa area unless they are receiving a service. This allows us to provide a relaxing atmosphere for the clients who are receiving services.
